Isabell Edwards, a Canadian pioneer, homesteaded in Bella Coola Valley. Amidst men, she embraced isolation, inspiring fearlessness, resilience, and adventure. Her story, Ruffles On My Long Johns, ignited my spirit.

Can you share some key principles or philosophies that guide your approach to

Balance, moderation, and mindfulness are fundamental. Prioritize nourishing food, regular movement, adequate rest, and mental well-being. I always remind myself that I am what I consume in all areas of my life.

What inspired you to become involved with the International Wellness Alliance?
Like-minded people brought together for a common goal or cause can inspire incredible action, results, and change.
