Building resilience is arguably the most valuable way to bridge the gap between clarity and control.
Personally, I am magnetized by the credibility of RESILIENCE; it is literally the roadmap to the
prosperous life you deserve. Moreover, the Faith connection, especially in the face of challenges,
underscores resilience! It plays a significant role in building fortitude. Clarity and control helps you
manage all types of adversity and life struggles; thereby rendering a lifetime of resiliency.
Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not
seen.” And, in your quest to build resilience, you have to see your current circumstances through a
long-view prospective. When up against mental exhaustion or overwhelming obstacles, greater
emotional resilience is what protects and sustains you.
Believing in things unseen is undoubtedly a sure means to overcome the predomination that any
given situation may have over you. That is to say – gain clarity as promptly as possible. Response,
Recover, and Resilience is a formula instituted by yours truly, and it is designated to expeditiously
incapacitate hardship, whether chronic or acute. Here’s how to envision a healthy and abundant
outcome.
Let’s start by defining the concept of Resilience and how it offers a long-term perspective upon a
peaceful future. By embracing your faith, predestined to frame a meaningful life, resilience is given
the power to manifests itself in your day-to-day experiences. One of the important characteristics of
an Emotional Intelligent individual is the innate ability to bounce back. Resilience is to sustain a
healthy spirit, dig deep and seek strength from a higher power.
As humanitarians, we need clarity, alongside the innate desire to develop resilience. Let’s face it; in
every possible case, our future may not be easy to sustain. Understand that Psychological Resilience
and Faith is about wellness, healthy thinking, and meaning which enable us to respond effectively
and recover over and over again!
THE 7 Cs OF RESILIENCY THEORY

In this passage, the ultimate goal is not only to elevate your overall well-being, but to also control
the misapprehension of the Fight or Flight Response. It’s all about subliminal perception, depending
on your circumstances. It is a strongly recommended defense mechanism to reframe and channel
unwanted behaviors. You should replace them with acceptable, productive outlets and outcomes.
When you fight, fight for survival as opposed to falling prey to perpetual impulses that influence you
to flee for safety. Competence to sustain and thrive in the moment is recognized as resilience –
which simply compels you to resolve life challenges effortlessly. When choosing to fight or take
flight, during a stressful situation, be fearless to respond accordingly. Fight to maintain self-control
as you perform with integrity and faith.
The Fight or Flight Response in building resilience is just the natural way to champion skills that
elevate our capacity to cope with adversity. The damaging impact of not retaining mental,
emotional, or behavioral flexibility, or even the willpower to adjust to both internal and external
stimuli is monumental. The strength to fight when experiencing emotional upheaval evokes the
process of resilience. Have confidence in your long-view prospective and keep persevering.
“For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this
mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for
you.” (Matthew 17:20-21)
Believe it or not, Resilience theory is a thing. Unfortunately, resilience doesn't mean that we won't
ever experience distress or emotional pain. Faithfully practicing the Seven Cs helps build resilience
muscles and empower you to withstand. Develop strong self-efficacy, self-worth, and self-
confidence. Problem-solving with a clear, focused mind affords us the opportunity to find meaning
and a sense of purpose.
Finally, keep in mind, connection with others is another key element to building resilience. We are in
this thing called life together. True, we endure circumstances as individuals but a sense of belonging
has a way of combating loneliness or isolation as well as creating more empathy for one another. A
life of faith, optimism and gratitude associated with strong social connections is crucial to a positive
emotional, mental and physical health. Be very intentional in your Response to adversity. Take the
time you need and be proud in your Recovery. And, practice, practice, practice to stay Resilient!
